Description

The JH-T3200 Offline Hardfacing Welding Equipment for Grinding Rolls and Disks (also known as: Welding Manipulator) mainly consists of a base, upright columns, cross arms, cross arm lifting mechanism, telescopic mechanism, and other components. Optional equipment includes a welding positioner. The external power supply voltage is 380V, 50Hz, 3P.

Welding manipulators have emerged as indispensable equipment for enhancing welding accuracy, reducing labor-intensive tasks, and increasing overall efficiency. They can be assembled into automatic welding systems with welding turning rollers, automatic welding machines, and welding control systems, among others. They are widely used in industries such as boilers, pressure vessels, chemical and petrochemical, metallurgical construction, and machinery manufacturing for inner and outer longitudinal welding and circumferential welding of various seams on cylindrical components.


Features:

  • Column and cross arm

1the column and cross arm are square tube steel, double track type; the column and cross arm are welded by stress relieving treatment, and then mechanically finished to ensure high precision requirements.

  •  Guide seat

guide seat up and down, left and right equipped with pulley seat, pulley seat adopts eccentric shaft structure to adjust the gap of the guide rail, to compensate for the wear of the guide rail.

  •  Shaft parts

all shaft parts (including shaft pins) are tempered, gears and moving parts are surface hardened; the top of the column is equipped with lifting holes for lifting.

  •  Cross arm

the vertical lifting transmission of the cross arm is realized by the motor, reducer through the chain and counterweight to realize the lifting of the cross arm, and the cross is equipped with limit switches at the upper and lower limit positions of the column.

  •  Cross arm

the horizontal expansion and contraction of the cross arm is realized by the motor driving the rack and pinion through the worm gear reducer, and the cross is equipped with limit switches at the limit position of the cross arm.

  •  Control system

in the front of the cross arm is also equipped with a welding torch adjusting mechanism, can realize the up and down, left and right cross adjustment of the welding torch; the control system is mainly composed of two parts: the electric control box and the remote control box.
