JH-800F Quad-Gun Quad-Wire Wear-Resistant Plate Hardfacing Machine，It mainly consists of a support platform, equipment body, bidirectional powder feeding device, oscillating device, electric width adjustment device for oscillation, wire feeding device, surfacing welding power supply, operation control box, control cables, welding cables, wireless remote controller, etc. All components are connected through both hard connections (screws) and soft connections (cables).

Features:

• The support platform is welded together and equipped with universal wheels underneath to facilitate the movement of the welding plate. Limited square tubes are positioned on both sides to secure the welding plate and prevent deviation.
•  The main body of the equipment is made of square tube welded and then processed, and 4 buckets of welding wire can be placed on the top to save space. Powder device adopts gear-type powder disk and high-precision stepping motor, accurate powder.
• The swinging device incorporates a CU brushless motor and reducer, allowing real-time adjustment of the swinging speed from 0-130 rpm. The swinging width is electrically adjustable, and the motor's lifting and lowering are controlled via a button switch to adjust the swinging range.
•  The wire feeding device features a customized aluminum shell and a high-torque stepping motor, providing large torque, stable wire feeding, and supporting real-time speed adjustment. The cladding power supply is a 650 series specialized for cladding, ensuring stable output and reliable performance.
•  Stable output and reliable performance. The operation control box adopts Xinjie PLC as the total control unit.
•  The operation control box utilizes Xinjie PLC as the main control unit. The system is pre-programmed with two welding modes and can be extended to include other welding modes based on customer requirements.
