The JH-6000 steel rolling mill roller hardfacing machine adopts a dual chuck configuration, with one chuck in the headstock and the other in the tailstock, and the tailstock is movable. The JH-6000DEG is equipped with dual welding stations and dual spindle drive, which is capable of welding two rollers simultaneously. The voltage and wire feeding speed can be adjusted according to the specific welding process requirements. The touch screen is combined with the PLC, and the welding parameters such as the line speed and the width of the welding seam are manually preset. The most suitable number of revolutions and width of the welding seam can be automatically adjusted according to the roller diameter and the length of the roller.

Description

The JH-6000 steel rolling mill roller hardfacing machine adopts a dual chuck configuration, with one chuck in the headstock and the other in the tailstock, and the tailstock is movable. 1、Basic Configuration

Features:

  • Workpiece welding process I

Install the workpiece to the positioning workpiece, adjust the welding torch lift and left and right in manual mode, so that the welding torch is aligned with the starting point; select the surfacing process and method in the touch screen, and set the welding parameters of the process, adjust the appropriate welding current and voltage.

  • Workpiece Surfacing Process II

Switch to the automatic mode, after the workpiece is clamped, press the start button, the hardfacing program will start the arc automatically, start the workpiece, open the surfacing swing, and finish the process automatically according to the set parameters such as speed, hardfacing width and number of surfacing layers.

  • Workpiece Hardfacing Process III

After the hardfacing is completed, the program automatically stops each action. During the welding process, the flux is automatically screened and recycled; remove the workpiece and wait for the next cycle, if the surfacing process is the same, adjust the welding torch to the weld seam and press start again to repeat the same welding.

  • Hardfacing type

It has the functions of open arc surfacing, swing surfacing and submerged arc surfacing;

Surfacing process broken arc memory function, gun head self-stabilization, arc pressure automatic control and other corresponding functions.

  • Hardfacing efficiency

Stable wire feeding and large wire feeding torque in the process of hardfacing can realize high-speed hardfacing and swing hardfacing, which can increase the melting depth and deposition efficiency; swing hardfacing process strengthens the electromagnetic and mechanical stirring effect of the arc on the molten pool, which makes the organization of the weld seam more reasonable and even, and the weld channel more flat.

  • Automatic operation

All process parameters in the welding process, including current, voltage, wire feeding speed, travel speed, travel distance, weld channel swing width, welding time, etc., are automatically controlled; the machine control system adopts the Chinese (English) touch screen man-machine dialogue data, which can be set up for the moving speed, swing speed, swing width, welding speed, rotating speed, and the length of the continuous casting rolls, etc., so as to realize automatic control.
