The equipment comprises a gantry-type movable positioning frame, a linear slide table for vertical adjustment of the welding torch, a linear slide table for horizontal adjustment of the welding torch, a circulating water cooling system for the welding torch, a circulating water cooling table for the workpiece, a welding wire placing platform with a self-rotating mechanism, a fume exhaust pipeline, an adjustable-speed wire feeder, a water-cooled welding torch, integrated electrical cabinets, an operation monitoring box, and so on. The layout of the entire machine is beautiful and elegant, in line with ergonomics principles. This wear-resistant plate hardfacing equipment features stable work, simple operation, easy maintenance, powerful functionality, and advanced technology.

X-axis/Y-axis travelling control unit
Japan Panasonic A6 servo system dual-drive as X-axis / Y-axis drive control unit, the servo has a high inertia, absolute value control and other advantages, no repetition of cumulative error, etc. X-axis travelling through the servo, planetary gearheads, 7-grade precision rack and pinion transmission.
Z-axis lifting
Japan Yamasha stepping drive and Taiwan OPG stepping motor as Z-axis control unit.
CNC lifting slide
The lifting of the welding torch is driven by a precision ball screw and controlled by a Yamasha drive + OPG stepping motor from Taiwan. The welding torch is mounted on the CNC lifting and sliding table bracket for displacement and oscillation, and the welding torch can completely cover the specified dimensions of the plate cladding area.
Welding gun
The welding torch is developed by our technicians based on years of experience. The torch is made of chrome-heavy copper by CNC precision machine tooling, and the welding head is driven by CNC lifting and sliding table. The welding gun has the advantages of circulating water cooling, high current conduction, etc. The welding gun has the advantages of firm mechanism and continuous high current conduction.
Main control system
The equipment adopts TECO PLC as the main control unit, and the human-machine interaction adopts 10.2-inch touch screen operation, meanwhile, it is equipped with wireless remote control to operate the equipment so as to make the operation simpler. The main control unit supports CANopen, Modbus, RS-232, standard industrial bus communication. The X-Y axis adopts Japan Panasonic A6 high inertia servo drive, and the Z-axis lifting adopts Japan Yamasha drive as the unit. In terms of control, the equipment operator only needs to input the required weld width, length and other related parameters. The system automatically calculates the trajectory that should be overlaid, and the whole operation process is extremely simple. The wire feeding control part adopts double-drive wire feeder for wire feeding, and our wire feeding mechanism is equipped with straightener function, and the wire extends up to 4mm in length for overlay welding.
