Description

The JH-380 Pipe Inner Surface Hardfacing Cladding Machine is a new generation of automatic welding equipment developed by our research and development team.  During the welding process, no human intervention is required, and the entire set of equipment provides alarms and prompts.The Jinhua set of pipeline inner wall surfacing equipment comprises a rotating hardfacing welding torch head, three hot rod TIG-surfacing torches, a TIG welding power supply, a hardfacing welding power supply, a hardfacing wire feeder, electric carriages, a water cooling system, other related mechanical systems, a welding control system, an automatic track tightening system, an outer wall cooling system, and an aerosol recovery system.

The equipment control unit adopts a TECO high-performance PLC paired with a 10.2-inch color screen for control. The equipment displacement is controlled using a synchronous lifting trolley to ensure precision in weld channel shift and jump frame accuracy during the welding process. Pipe rotation is controlled using a synchronous roller drive to maintain the synchronization coefficient between the rotary drive equipment and the pipeline.

Welding channel molding methods include spiral swing welding, spiral welding, and straight welding. The clamping pipe diameter range of the equipment is from 120mm to 800mm, and larger pipe diameters can be customized if necessary. The maximum welding length supported is 6 meters.


Features:

  • High degree of automation

High degree of automation, ordinary skilled workers can operate the equipment independently through 2 days of training. One-button start and stop; the special welding gun and welding cable make the resistance of wire feeding reduced, realizing the welding gun to feed wire stably at the position of 6 meters in the inner wall of the pipeline after the wire outlet end of the wire feeder.

  • Smooth wire feeding

The barrel of wire is located behind the wire feeding mechanism and slides with the movement of the wire feeder to ensure smooth and smooth wire feeding. If the wire is of high quality, there will not be any wire breakage, thus reducing equipment downtime.

  • Resume Welding At The Break Poin

  • Welding process diversification

Fully open-ended welding parameter adjustment allows separate control of welding voltage and current (wire feed speed). Compared with the traditional welding machine which automatically matches the wire feeding speed according to the voltage, it can make the welding process more diversified.

  • Fume exhaust system

The fume extraction device on the side of the chuck is designed to reduce welding spatter and fume damage to the weld channel molding in the direction of welding from the side of the chuck to the outside.

  • Open-arc Surfacing Process for Pipe Walls

The design of the equipment is fully adapted to the open-arc welding process of the inner wall of the pipe, ensuring that the open-arc welding process can be reflected through the equipment.
