JH-350 series surfacing gas planer integrated equipment can be applied in cement, electric power, steel, mining, petrochemical and other industries, for large vertical mill, coal mill, continuous casting rolls, crusher, roller press and other wear-resistant equipment, such as wear-resistant liner hard surface repair work. It can realize on-line repair, off-line repair; open arc, submerged arc and flux cored, gas-protected welding, automatic carbon arc gas planing and other functions.

• High-precision welding cross consists of 80*40*4mm aluminum alloy arm and ultra-small walking trolley, which makes the equipment more lightweight and beautiful; the aluminum alloy walking trolley does horizontal direction (X-axis) control on the aluminum alloy cross arm to realize welding walking.
• The aluminum alloy trolley lifts the vertical direction (Y-axis) of the aluminum alloy vertical arm to do step control, to achieve the length control of the rod. The control operating system consists of touch screen, control box and wireless remote control handle; the electrical connection of the electrical control box adopts aviation plug, which is convenient for quick disassembly and installation connection.
