JH-350 series offline hardfacing automatic gas planer is a hardfacing gas planer jointly developed by our company and Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands in 2011, and currently there are 5 models developed, JH-350F, JH-350L, JH-350SL, JH-350XL, JH-1280, which can be used for surfacing, carbon arc gas planing, automatic welding, and the equipment is controlled by digital system. Carbon arc gas planing, automatic welding, the equipment adopts digital system control, support three-axis curve interpolation welding, gas planing and other functions. In the offline cladding JH-350 series equipment various models are compatible with each other, equipment for offline cladding high-performance automatic welding machine equipment. It has a stable online and offline cladding function.
Application field:
JH-350 series surfacing gas planer integrated equipment can be applied in cement, electric power, steel, mining, petrochemical and other industries, for large vertical mill, coal mill, continuous casting rolls, crusher, roller press and other wear-resistant equipment, such as wear-resistant liner hard surface repair work. It can realize on-line repair, off-line repair; open arc, submerged arc and flux cored, gas-protected welding, automatic carbon arc gas planing and other functions.
