JH-1280 On-line Hardfacing Surfacing & Gas Planing Workstation

The JH-1280 online hardfacing surfacing & gas planing workstation is an integrated automation equipment newly developed by our company, featuring the integration of the traditional surfacing control box within the welding power source for enhanced compactness and reduced connecting wires, thereby potentially reducing the equipment's failure rate by minimizing connection points. 

Features:

• JH-1280 on-line hardfacing/gas planer workstation is mainly composed of traversing guide rail, lifting guide rail, traveling trolley, automatic wire feeder, automatic gas planer, welding workstation, wireless remote control and so on.
• Each component is connected by hard connection (screw) and soft connection (cable). The traversing guide rail and lifting guide rail are made of aluminum alloy, which is strong, small in weight and easy to assemble on site;
• The traveling trolley is made of aluminum alloy casting, and the traveling wheel adopts flip structure, which is easy to install and dismantle;
• Automatic wire feeder and automatic bar feeder are made of customized wire feeding aluminum shell and high torque stepping motor, with high torque and stable wire feeding, supporting real-time speed regulation;
• Welding workstation with a variety of welding modes, such as circumferential welding, linear welding, swing welding, horizontal bar welding, grid welding, etc.; voltage control can be switched to remote control, near control, HMI control, integrating multifunctionality into one;
• Wireless remote control can control the equipment lifting, traverse, forward and reverse, send back wire, a key start and stop and other operations, support for wire / rod feeding speed wireless remote adjustment, support for welding voltage wireless remote adjustment.
