Features:

1.Automatic Continuous Welding Function for Inclined Side

(For welding the side of the press) This function is used to weld the side of the sugar roller. The weld is welded at the 3 o'clock position along the optional direction of the press roll, which requires a bending torch. s. Points E and P need to be set at the site before welding. Where S is the start point, E is the end point and P is the safe position for the torch. To use this function, first manually control the torch to reach the starting position S where welding is required, press the letter S, control the torch to reach the point E, press the letter E, then control the torch to back up about 25-30 mm, press the point P, and the position setting work is completed.

2.Horizontal rectangular welding function

(Can repair tooth surfaces of press roll gears and comb plates) Before welding, it is necessary to move the welding gun to the edge of the part where the wear begins. Press Start on the touch screen and then move the welding gun to the edge on the other side of the end of the wear. Press E. Weld setup is complete. Press the Weld button to start automatic welding. The weld position does not need to be set again. Welding can be repeated continuously. During the repair process, the template is used to check that the welded shape meets the requirements. If there are still parts with insufficient height, the welding position is reset until the repaired shape matches the template. After welding, a hand polisher can be used to polish the gear surface to the shape of the template so that it can continue to be used without expensive gear replacement.

3.Teardrop welding function

(Welding Spots on the Top of Teeth) Experiments have proven that welding spotted protrusions (teardrops) on the top of teeth increases the amount of sugar extracted. In the past, pineapple nails on the top of teeth were welded using manual welding. It was necessary to weld 260 teardrops on the surface of each extracted tooth and it was necessary to weld more than 10,000 teardrops on the entire pressure roller. It takes a long time and limits the number of press rolls due to limited maintenance time. Automatic welding teardrop process, roll rotation speed and welding speed, welds set drop distance according to pineapple peg length and neighboring tears, automatic calculation of weld time, weld start-stop control of welds, reduces the number of people, improves weld efficiency, and the plant can accept more maintenance orders.

4.Triangle welding function

(For welding comb teeth) In sugar production line, comb teeth and bagasse friction, if the surface hardness of the comb teeth is not enough, it will wear out soon, and can't remove the bagasse in the middle of the teeth, which affects the production efficiency. After coating a layer of hardness wear-resistant material on the surface of the compression teeth, the service life of the comb teeth will be multiplied. This function is used for comb triangle automatic welding parts, then move the weld to the top edge of the comb, press the S point on the touch screen, then move the torch to the root edge of the comb teeth, press the E point on the touch screen, setup, then enter the number of welded combs, press the start button and start the automatic welding equipment. After welding the set number, the equipment stops automatically. High welding efficiency and consistent quality after welding.

5.Ring welding function

(Repairing the sides of the roll) During cane extraction, the sides of the roll also rub against the cane, causing wear and tear. With this function, it is possible to automatically weld a layer of wear-resistant material on the sides of the roll, which is in contact with the cane, in order to avoid wear and tear of the press roll.

6.On-site welding function

(For welding the tops of the teeth) When the press teeth of the roll become small due to friction with the sugar cane during use, this function can be used to repair the tops of the welded teeth and select one or several layers depending on the wear conditions. Automatic repair welding of the entire press roll is realized.
