Description

Suitable for a wide range of gas shielded welding and cutting applications, the JINHUA robotic automatic hardfacing workstation is characterized by its light weight and compact structure. For arc welding applications, a lightweight and compact robot arm has been successfully designed and optimized to achieve excellent cost performance while ensuring original reliability. The workstation adopts Panasonic's advanced servo technology, which can increase the speed and accuracy of the robot's movements, minimize operator intervention to the greatest extent possible, and improve the efficiency of the gas welding and cutting system.

Robotic Surfacing Welding Workstation Composition:

       Robot welding workstation is composed of robot hand, single-axis head and tailstock shifter, welding power supply, robot-specific welding gun, electrical control and push button station, and tooling and fixtures

       Option: gun cleaning station, safety protection fence

Workflow:

1) The operator loads the material at station 1, the material is loaded, clamped, and the operator presses the robot reservation start button, and the robot starts automatic welding;

2) The operator goes to workstation 2 to load the material, the loading is finished, presses the robot reservation start button, and waits for the robot to weld;

3) After the robot finishes welding at station 1, it will automatically weld at station 2;

4) The operator goes to workstation 1 to unload the material, and loads the material again;

5) The cycle continues.

Gun cleaning station (optional)

In order to ensure the welding quality and improve the utilization rate of the robot, the spatter inside the welding gun must be cleaned regularly. The robot system can be programmed to send the welding torch to the cleaning station for spatter cleaning at regular intervals. The intervals between gun cleaning are empirically pre-set based on the different welding tasks and processes.

Consistent wire lengths are necessary for finding the weld seam using contact sensors when consistency is difficult to ensure with medium and thick plate robotic systems or grouped workpieces, so before finding the weld seam, the torch cleaning station's wire trimming mechanism is used to trim the wire to ensure consistent dry elongation.

The gun cleaning station is a gun cleaning device designed for robotic welding systems, which is easy to install and has stable and reliable performance. The three functions of gun cleaning, wire trimming and oil spraying are integrated in one working platform with compact structure and easy maintenance.
