Features:
Main Control System
The equipment employs a TECO PLC as the main control unit, with a 10.2-inch touchscreen for human-machine interaction. Additionally, a wireless remote controller is provided to simplify operation. The main control unit supports CANopen, Modbus, RS-232, and standard industrial bus communications, enabling expanded control with a host computer. The X and Y axes utilize Panasonic A6 high-inertia servo drives from Japan, while the Z-axis lifting mechanism employs drives from Sansha of Japan.
Welding Gun
Our technicians have independently developed a new generation of special surfacing welding guns based on years of experience. The welding gun is made of chromium-tungsten-copper material and precision-machined on a CNC lathe. The welding torch head is equipped with a numerically controlled lifting slide drive. The welding gun features circulating water cooling, high current conductivity, a sturdy structure, and continuous high current conductivity.
Numerically Controlled Lifting Slide
The lifting of the welding gun is driven by a precision ball screw transmission system, controlled by a Sansha driver from Japan and an OPG stepper motor from Taiwan. The welding gun is mounted on the numerically controlled lifting slide bracket for displacement and swing motion, enabling it to fully cover the specified dimensions of the surfacing welding area on the plate.
Z-Axis Lifting
The Z-axis control unit consists of a Sansha stepper driver from Japan and an OPG stepper motor from Taiwan.
Operational Control
Equipment operators only need to input the required weld bead width, length, and other relevant parameters. The system automatically calculates the surfacing welding trajectory, making the entire operation process extremely simple. The wire feeding control section uses a dual-drive wire feeder. Our wire feeding mechanism is equipped with a straightener function, allowing the welding wire to extend up to 40mm for surfacing welding.
Inverter Digital Surfacing Welding Power Supply
The HM-1250 core IGBT uses Infineon components. It employs special flat characteristic control technology developed for surfacing welding. The equipment boasts continuous stability, strong anti-interference capabilities, and other advantages, with a market share of over 40% in the surfacing welding industry. Infineon is certified by IS09001/CE/U-CL/CSA.
