JH-800K Wear Plate Hardfacing Welding Machine is a new generation of R & D flat plate hardfacing welding equipment, the equipment system adopts Siemens PLC + digital system control program. The cart displacement is controlled by Taiwan TECO servo precision system. JSDAP servo system control of Taiwan Taian company is used in the control of welding wire. Pusher plate base material feeding displacement using a T-screw plus coding method of feeding control, under the powder using the Japanese Yamasha drive plus OPG motor control. The precision of wire feeding and powder adding in the welding process can be controlled within the range of plus or minus 1.0 grams. System hydraulic fixed value automatic cycle replenishment pressure using analog control, and thus the pressure control accuracy up to 0.15% accuracy range. Control welding refusal in 10-60mm compound swing welding, the gun head adopts circulating cooling water constant pressure cooling, while the frequency conversion water pressure circulation cooling base material, to avoid the welding process of base material due to temperature overheating and deformation.

Real-time display of cart coordinates throughout the welding process, support broken wire alarm, broken point position-finding welding.
Wireless remote control operation control, can weld grid, straight line welding, swing welding, weld channel molding smooth and beautiful.

  • Surfacing thickness control mode

The equipment can be operated in four modes, and the thickness of wear-resistant layer can be controlled by servo, which is different from the traditional cart traveling speed to control the thickness of wear-resistant layer, and improves the efficiency of the equipment for the thickness of overlay welding.

  • Cost control

Cost control: Surfacing composite wear-resistant plate of the same wear-resistant thickness, JH-800 equipment is better than other control methods in the same industry. Save welding wire, because the equipment can add powder, so it is convenient to adjust the alloy composition of the wear-resistant plate.

  • Molding and finished product characteristics

The bimetallic composite wear-resistant plate controlled by JH-850 cladding equipment has high bonding strength, fast cladding cladding speed, low dilution rate, dense cladding layer organization and beautiful molding; the cladding finished product is not easy to be deformed, and the cladding cladding alloy can be adjusted in composition and hardness according to the addition of powder, and the finished product has a smooth and even surface.

The control system of the whole machine adopts digital design, including closed-loop control, analog conversion, digital data feeding, frequency dividing wire breakage detection, wire breakage automatic detection and alarm.
